Do you have a passion for languages? Do you have teaching experience or have you worked as an interpreter or translator?

At Las Mariposas you let us know when you are available and we work from that schedule. Our goal is to have teachers of all languages approved to teach at Las Mariposas so that the minute that one of the languages is requested, someone is available.

Please send a resume, letter of interest, two letters of recommendation, one phone reference number, and copies of teaching certificate(s). You will be called for an interview if your qualifications meet our needs.

Current needs include a native Italian speaker with evening / weekend availability, and Swedish, German, Russian, Sign, Chinese, Spanish, French and Latin instructors for adult classes.

Additional needs include Albany-based teachers for off-site students in the capital region.

The children's program is seeking a teacher of Chinese, German and Latin as well as additional French, Spanish, and Sign teachers.

All language teachers are encouraged to apply.
